Orders generally ship within three (3) business days. Products will be delivered via the method chosen at checkout.

Returns are accepted for thirty (30) days from the date of shipment. All returns must be communicated to our staff PRIOR to the recipient shipping them. All products and packaging must be returned in order to receive a proper and timely refund. Monthly Rate service plans require a one year commitment. If you cancel after the 30-day money back guarantee and before your 1 year contract expires, you will be responsible for an early termination fee of up to $199.00.

Refunds will not be issued for any of the monthly recurrent fees charged to your credit card while you are in possession of the GPS unit(s). Refunds only apply to the purchase price of the actual GPS unit(s).
