Affiliate Program Basics
The Sentry Technologies Affiliate Program is a completely automated program where you, as the affiliate, simply has to choose which banner(s) you would like displayed on your website(s) by cutting-and-pasting the proper code from the Product Banners pages. Any sales generated by the banner(s) on your site(s) are automatically calculated and tallied in real time. As an affiliate, you will be asked to create a username (your email address) and a password so as to log into your secure, private Affiliate page, where you will have the opportunity to:
Edit your Affiliate Account information
Choose to subscribe/unsubscribe from the Affiliate Newsletter
Choose from multiple Product or Category banners to place on your website
View Click-through, Sales, and Payment Reports
Contact Sentry Technologies through the secure Affiliate Contact form
How Our Affiliate Commissions Are Paid:
Payments are made monthly by check to those that have accumulated a minimum of $50.00 in commissions. Commission amounts due to affiliates that are under $50.00 will carry over until that minimum dollar amount has been reached.
Affiliate commissions are computed only on the actual dollar amount of the merchandise shipped and do not apply to any items that may be sold out at the time we received the order or any of the shipping and handling charges of the order. In the case of returned merchandise adjustments will be made to the original dollar amount of the order and the affiliate will be notified of the changes.
All affiliates will receive an e-mail notification with the dollar amount of the sale that was generated from the link at their web site at the time the order was placed. This does not guarantee that a sale was consummated and only becomes a bona fide sale once we have approval and payment from the credit card company or have cleared payment when orders are paid by check. Commissions are paid in the ensuing month from the date of actual purchase so as to account for any possibility of item return.
As an affiliate, if you do any e-mail or newsletter promotions and would like to include your affiliate link we ask that it only be included in e-mail's and newsletter that are being sent to opt-in recipients. Spam will not be tolerated, and is grounds for immediate removal from our affiliate program without commissions due being paid.
All affiliates will be required to complete a Reseller Agreement as well as a W-9. Sentry Technologies reserves the right to accept or deny affiliate applications. |
