Our new GPS personal location device tracking portal has several new and expanded features, one of which is the ability to query and download your GPS device’s history by date range. Here’s how (click on the map image below to see an expanded version):
1. If you have multiple GPS devices on your account, you will see all of the GPS devices listed. The GPS device name that is faded-out is the one currently selected. To switch to view the history of a different GPS device, simply click on the button with the name of the desired GPS device. If you have only one GPS device associated with your account that GPS device will automatically be selected and you will not see this option.
2. If you want to see a certain number (5, 10, 25, 50, 100 or 200) of previous points of data from your GPS device; select the number from the drop-down and click the corresponding “Go” button.
3. If you want to see your GPS device’s history in a certain date range, select both the “from” and “to” dates and click the “View History” button. Please not the map will only show 200 points of data, starting with the most recent in the date range.
4. If you would like to export your GPS device’s history to a .csv file, you may do so by clicking on the “Download History” link. This link will download the history according to the criteria which you have selected in the previous 3 items.
