First, we offer an external battery back and case, which will allow continuous device reporting for up to 2 weeks on a full charge; and second, we have the ability to turn on “motion-only” mode on your GPS device so the device does not report back in while it is sitting still, which needlessly drains battery life. Once the device is in motion, it will automatically start reporting back to the web portal as fast as every 5 seconds.
